The respective department heads ensure verification of records of products/material/raw material from supplier/manufacturer and sub-vendor to ensure quality at every stage.

They also ensure the smooth flow of processes within their departments, maintaining the quality standards.

For long-running projects, we appoint a Management Representative who is responsible for implementing the quality system in addition to routine work.

The representative ensures that all quality measures are consistently upheld throughout the project’s duration.

Based on the review and inputs, the design department will generate drawings, BOQ, specifications, inspection details, etc.

On readiness of design and specifications, purchases of bought-out material shall commence, including vendor/sub-contractor evaluations and subsequent inspections.

Guidelines for handling, storage, and packaging shall be obtained from the manufacturer/other competent authorities.

Whenever necessary, external testing laboratories will assist in this activity. Agreed quality/inspection records can be made available for evaluation by the purchaser or their representative.

The Managing Director, Director, Manager, and Engineers carry out reviews to maintain quality and proper records.

They also assist in ensuring smooth functioning and coordination between department heads to meet customer expectations regarding specifications and delivery. The design procedure is discussed with the client/consultant and then internally reviewed, with necessary formats prepared/adopted.
